We are a small business (read tiny), but we’re doing our very best to make sure that you get your product and/or service on-time, and in the condition that you had hoped. We realize that things happen, and that sometimes we make mistakes, so if you aren’t entirely satisfied we’ll do the best we can resolve any issues. At the same time, please be patient and bear with us — we aren’t Amazon!
Here is some useful info that will help you to get started with any queries:
Returns on shipped items.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds on returned items.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If it’s a replacement product you seek, we’ll ship the new one out ASAP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellations of booked trips and/or coaching
While we realize that plans change and that there are real reasons that may force you to back out of a trip or coaching session, please realize that we incur expenses before any given trip, and we forego other bookings and income once yours comes in. With that said, we’re happy to do our best to reschedule or refund the majority of the cost of a booking if necessary. Below are some constraints:
Let’s first try to reschedule your trip or coaching session — that’s the best for all of us! We will only deduct 10% of a booking’s cost if cancelled within a week after initial payment. We can deduct that amount from a future booking.
We will deduct 25% if the cancellation is more than 7 days after payment but more than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip. We can deduct that amount from a future booking.
We will deduct 50% if the cancellation is more than 7 days after payment but less than 14 days prior to the scheduled trip. We can deduct that amount from a future booking.
